Is an account required for purchase?

Yes. This is how you can stay registered with the club and request products in the future. If you do not create an account first, 2020 Scissor Club will send an email that is used upon the purchase of the subscription to verify your account creation with the club.

How do I log in?

Go to ACCOUNT account icon and sign in to your account or sign up!

How do I request the next pair of shears in my subscription?

Go to ACCOUNT account icon and log in to your account. Proceed onward to Shears Request and select the next pair of shears in your subscription.

How do I return my shears after receiving my next pair?

You will be shipped return packaging alongside your most recent Shears Request. You use this packaging to ship back the shears/thinners that you previously requested. You must return shears that are being replaced to avoid non-return fees.

What day will I be billed on?

Every subscription will recur monthly. The day you are billed on is the initial purchase date of your subscription.

How can I change the day I am billed for my subscription?

Please visit our Contact Us Page. An Account Manager will reach out within 2 busisness days to address this change.

How do I change/update the card on file for my subscription?

Log in to your account, proceed onward to Subscription Payment Options. From here, you can update the card on file.

What is the 30 Money Back Guarantee?

Upon the delivery of your first pair of shear(s), you have a 30-day period to return your items and cancel your subscription to receive a refund. After the 30-day window, all 2020 Scissor Club payments are non-refundable.

How do I change my subscription?(i.e.upgrade/downgrade)

Log in to your account and go to ACCOUNT > Subscription Modification. From here you will click modify and follow the steps for the modification request.

How do I cancel my subscription?
